Advocacy

First United’s advocacy team deals with over 3,000 client visits annually. They provide legal support, referring and advising people about tenants’ rights, social assistance, CPP, WCB, EI, immigration and other issues. In certain circumstances, they also accompany clients to relevant agencies and represent them at administrative hearings.

Office is located at: 542 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C.

Intake hours are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am – 11 am
Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
