There are a number of Student Practicum programs with UBC, BCIT, Langara and Douglas College.

These support and strengthen the activities First United offers while at the same time providing valuable experience and training for the students.

When appropriate, community members who access our services are given the opportunity to gain volunteer and job training in the kitchen, cart storage area, host services and janitorial departments.
