New in 2021 is the ability to make a one-time donation by e-transfer through your online banking! You can make your donation directly from your chosen bank account and avoid using your credit card. To make your gift via e-transfer please follow these steps:

  • Add First United as a recipient and send your e-transfer to: donations@firstunited.ca
  • In the “memo” field, please indicate that your e-transfer is a donation, and any other important details.
  • Use the following as your security question and answer:
    • Question: What is the purpose of this transaction?
    • Answer: Donation
  • Send us an email at donations@firstunited.ca letting us know that you’ve made a donation by e-transfer and include your full name and address. We cannot issue a charitable tax receipt without that information.

To set up a monthly donation through direct withdrawal from your bank account, see “Frontline Monthly Giving” above for instructions.

We can only receive and process donations received by e-transfer if they are sent to donations@firstunited.ca. Please confirm you have correctly added us to your recipient list prior to sending your e-transfer.
