Community Help Desk

The Community Help Desk, formerly known as the hub or reception area, is the gateway to our day programs and drop-in services.

The Help Desk is where clients can receive emergency clothing, hygiene, and harm-reduction supplies. It also offers phone and mail service, year-round tax  filing, and foot-care. Access to these basic programs and services can make a big difference for someone trying to collect social assistance, access government services, acquire housing, or look for employment.
