To meet the needs of our community, we’re partnering with Lu’ma Native Housing Society to redevelop our site at 320 East Hastings into a multi-story, purpose-built facility that will offer four floors of responsive, low-barrier services and community amenities (the new FIRST UNITED) and seven floors of below-market housing (operated by Lu’ma).
