Mail and Phone Program

To thrive, we must remain connected to our community: to those we love, those who care about us, and those who can help. Our Keep Connected program offers mail and phone services that help people maintain connections with friends and family, and access to other critical services that commonly require a fixed address.

FIRST UNITED is a permanent address for over 300 people who don’t have homes or a permanent address. By providing an address, we ensure that family members can reach their loved ones, that people can file their taxes or get identification, and apply for jobs. It also goes both ways, we provide free photocopying, faxing, long-distance calling, and outgoing mail.

You can access this service at: 320 East Hastings Street

In early 2022, the mail and phone program be relocated with the community help desk to 501 East Hastings Street.
