Complaints Policy

First United Church Community Ministry Society (First United) is committed to providing high quality, transparent, and accessible service to everyone. To do this, we need you to tell us when we get things wrong. We want to help resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

We handle any expression of dissatisfaction with our programs and services which calls for a response as a Service Complaint. We listen to your complaints, treat them seriously, and learn from them so that we can continuously improve our service. Please review our Complaints Policy for information about types of complaints, how to lodge a complaint, and steps we’ll take to resolve complaints.
