Community Help Desk

The community help desk is a frontline hub to keep community members connected to each other and their loved ones, to essential services, and to basic necessities. Every day, hundreds of people visit the help desk and can access whatever they need to support their wellness, dignity, and comfort.

Through the community help desk, we’re able to provide important items like dry socks, harm reduction supplies, toiletries and hygiene items. Our staff are also knowledgeable about other service providers in the area and provide information and referrals to housing, food banks, and other community resources.

From crisis response to dignity and comfort, the community help desk is designed to help people with what they need, when they need it.

You can access this service at: 501 East Hastings Street.

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am-11:30 am, and 1:00 pm-3:45 pm.

 

Drop-in bingo happens at 360 Jackson every Monday at 1pm.
