The Community Hub keeps community members connected to each other and their loved ones. It’s a place to access essential services and basic necessities. Every day, hundreds of people visit the Community Hub and can access whatever they need to support their wellness, dignity, and comfort.
Through the Community Hub, we’re able to provide important items like dry socks, harm reduction supplies, toiletries and hygiene items. Our staff are also knowledgeable about other service providers in the area and provide information and referrals to housing, food banks, and other community resources.
From crisis response to dignity and comfort, the Community Hub is designed to help people with what they need, when they need it.
